margin-bottom: 0px; line-height: 32px; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(52, 52, 52); font-family: "Microsoft Yahei";"> 咱们顺着每天的活力消耗来思考，<span style="font-weight: 700;">在保证做完五环和客栈任务后的体力够1800点，否则影响这两个任务的收益，那么保持3500点的活力值只是最低水平。</span>注意！只是最低水平！因为降妖除魔等任务也需要一定的活力值，所以单单保持3500点是绝对不够的！</p><p style="margin-top: 30px; margin-bottom: 0px; line-height: 32px; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(52, 52, 52); font-family: "Microsoft Yahei";"> 我个人之前的日常流程是：杀完塔，跑五环，然后做客栈，但是基本上客栈做个几次，活力值就不够1800了，不够就减少收益，那也就是能做几次算几次，做完就五倍、修罗去挂活力。</p><p style="margin-top: 30px;
