确定长期在游戏谩骂他人，管理员会封禁他吗。我们区有个玩家，每天上线就开始谩骂，骂人有2年了。他还是活的好好的，每天举报一点用都没。拉黑治标不治本，官方真的有能力去管吗。还是说说而已？
